Survey

According to the EUROTRAINERS project main aim, we plan to create an European training programme for instructors who are interested in acquiring the abilities which are necessary to design, plan, manage and deliver training courses through the use of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).

Through this training programme, we expect to help teachers to understand the new changes that ICTs are bringing to the educational systems, giving them the appropriate competences which are required related to content design, pedagogy, technical issues, collaboration, the way we interact or communicate with the student and so on.

In order to achieve such us objectives we have designed, as an essential starting point for our project, a survey whose main objective is to detect specific ICT needs in European Teachers and Trainers from different backgrounds, specialities and educational levels.

Accordingly, the survey objectives are as follows:

To detect training needs in teachers who are interested in introducing ICTs in their educational environments.
To find out the competences and skills which will need to be incorporated in the European teachers curriculum.
To detect teachers’ abilities needed to design, plan and distribute training courses through the use of ICT.
