Kadis d.o.o. is a private company established in 1992. Its mission is to provide quality services and counselling in the field of employment, recruitment and career development. Kadis provides a wide range of HRM services and cooperates with various professional and counselling institutions and companies. Among the most important Personnel Management services provided for organisations are recruitment, arrangement of labour documentation for foreigners, drafting general documents and payrolls. Kadis carries out several programmes, offering support and counselling in career development and job seeking, mainly for unemployed people.

In addition, Kadis also provides short training initiatives, such as computer courses and foreign language courses. In recent years the company has cooperated as a promoter and a partner in the EU funded Leonardo da Vinci projects in the field of employment and career planning in order to gain new ideas and experience.
