Objectives

Main aim:

The main aim of EUROTRAINERS project is to create a training program for instructors oriented to offer them the abilities needed for the integration process of the technological tools in their learning environment, so that they will be able to design, plan and distribute training courses through Internet.

General objectives:

Designing, testing and validating a new common European programme which may guarantee the quality of the training and preparation of the European teachers who must face the integration of technology in their day to day educational activities.
To support to the teachers in more than assuming the use of the Internet tools as essential resources to introduce in their classrooms. It will be vital for the trainer to understand the pedagogical and methodological implications of the use of the technology.
Development of the use of ICTs in vocational training applied to European teachers and trainers from all backgrounds.
To establish a common understanding of needs and expectations for the complete process development of a successful online course.
To promote and enhance a transnational dimension which will allow us to enrich the content of the project by the exchange of experiences and collaboration between different partners and profiles.
To identify common roles, competences and skills of those teachers and trainers who expect to use the ICTs in their learning processes.
To present a common methodology for the development of practical activities and evaluation methods for the creation of proper learning environments.
To exploit EUROTRAINERS and keep on working on it after the project will be finished
